Account Executive – Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management

Job Description: • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach. • Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. • Conduct consultative product demos tailored to client needs, particularly around RPM and CCM offerings. • Develop and deliver customized proposals that address the clinical and business needs of healthcare organizations. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with prospective clients to close deals efficiently and profitably. • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations and digital health startups. • Stay current with telehealth, RPM, and CCM industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes. • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, customer success, and product—to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and insights from the field with the broader team. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or healthcare administration. • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in telehealth, healthcare technology, RPM, or CCM solutions. • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role, with a consistent record of exceeding targets. • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, value-based care models, and chronic disease management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly desirable. • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot (or similar platforms). • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
