Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Syteline Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional business processes and technical development within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) (CSI/Syteline) environment. The candidate will play a key role in implementation, customization, support, and optimization of ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end implementation and support of Syteline (CSI) ERP
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and customize Syteline modules based on business needs
- Develop and maintain forms, reports, and extensions using Syteline tools
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
- Collaborate with functional teams on Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain modules
- Perform system integrations with third-party applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Provide user training and documentation
- Support upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Syteline / Infor CSI ERP
- Proficiency in:- SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers)
- .NET / C# (for customizations)
- IDO (Intelligent Data Objects)
- Mongoose framework
- Experience with SSRS Reports / Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of API integrations / Web Services
Functional Skills Required:
- Good understanding of:- Manufacturing processes
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- Finance (AR/AP/GL basics)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
