Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a local auto body shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
? Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
? Schedule appointments and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing.
? Coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
? Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
? Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
? Previous customer service experience preferred.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in basic computer skills.
? Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
