They are looking for a VP of Product to join their team and lead the strategic direction of our product portfolio. Role Overview: As the VP of Product, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of the company's product offerings. This part-time, remote role requires someone who can work independently, collaborate with teams across different time zones, and provide strategic insight into product development. You will identify areas for improvement in our current product lineup, lead product launches, and help craft the long-term product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: -Product Improvement: Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in existing products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth. -Problem-Solving: Actively look for pain points or bottlenecks in current product offerings and propose actionable solutions. -Product Launches: Plan and oversee the launch of new products, including coordination of internal teams and external partners. -Product Road-mapping: Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap, ensuring the future direction aligns with company goals. -Innovation: Brainstorm and explore new product ideas, ensuring the company remains competitive in the e-commerce industry. -Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, design, and engineering to implement new features and products. -E-Commerce Expertise: Use your in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce industry to ensure product success and growth in a competitive market. -Global Perspective: Account for both US and overseas markets when developing product strategies and offerings. Qualifications: -5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce. -Proven track record in leading product teams and successful product launches. -Experience with product road-mapping, ideation, and continuous improvement. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. -Experience working across different time zones and managing cross-functional teams. -Familiarity with product development tools and agile methodologies. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
