📢 Now Hiring: Academic Human Resources Analyst III (Remote – California Only)
We are currently seeking an experienced Academic Human Resources Analyst III to support academic personnel operations for a leading university environment. This role is 95% remote, with only occasional onsite presence required a few times per year.
📍 Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in California)
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
📅 Contract Duration: 8-12 months
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and offboarding
• Support academic recruitment, appointments, and advancement processes
• Provide guidance on academic personnel policies, labor contracts, and HR procedures
• Address moderate to complex HR and academic personnel issues across various academic titles
• Partner with client departments as the primary HR contact for academic personnel matters
• Assist with compensation administration, benefits coordination, training, and policy compliance
🔹 Required Experience
✔ HR Generalist experience managing the full employee lifecycle
✔ Experience in academic or university environments
✔ Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and payroll processes
✔ Ability to analyze complex HR issues and recommend effective solutions
