We operate with a strong focus on clarity, respect, and efficiency to help bring peace of mind during challenging situations.This role is primarily focused on administrative back-office responsibilities, including data management, list scrubbing, research, and overall operational support. Cold calling may be assigned as a secondary duty during downtime, when feasible, but administrative tasks remain the top priority.⏰ Work Schedule
• Open to working rotating weekends
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 30-45-days trial period evaluation starts once training is completed
• Must be available for mandatory team meetings every Monday 9:30 am EasternTime
Core Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners (base on cold calling)
• Qualify leads (motivation, timeline, property condition) and set appointments
• Manage and update CRM systems (GoHighLevel & PropStream)
• Execute follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email workflows
• Perform data management, list scrubbing, and skip tracing using public records
• Track KPIs, daily activity, and performance metrics
• Support backend operations: campaign letters, EDDM templates, and property research (REIFax)
• Maintain organized records using Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar, Excel)
• Assist with basic Canva template creation
• Handle inbound/outbound communication while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and compliance
Required Skills
• REIFax experience (required)
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience (required) – calls, CRM, SMS/email
• Excel & Google Workspace proficiency
• Fluent, clear English (written and verbal)
• Fluent clear Spanish (written and verbal) compensated as an additional skill.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking
• Detail-oriented

Compensation
• Monthly Salary: $640
• Commission Bonuses (per closed deals) $250
• Performance bonuses & incentives throughout the year
• Paid U.S. Holidays, including approved requested time off
• 30-Day Trial Period (starts after training is completed)
Top performers are rewarded. Average effort will not cut it.
