The Advisor Solution Architect will coordinate routine aspects of solution development and architecture, oversee the use of strategic solutions, and assist management in researching existing business environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Nine or more years of business solutions experience
- Experience working with company products and services, business processes and re-engineering
- Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, product-line hardware and software
- Experience working with office productivity tools; delivery assurance and/or industry standards on deliverables
- Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
- Good skills at managing risks during product launches
- Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Good human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employees
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar related field such as information technology or computer engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting, executing, and designing IT cloud solutions
- In-depth knowledge of current cloud computing technologies and trends
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with AWS Cloud technology preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a cloud architect with following key skills:
- Terraform or similar IaC language
- AWS resources including Networking/ECS/EC2/Network/IAM, CLI, & best practices
- Container orchestration (Docker, K8)
- Ansible
- CI/CD Development
- Git
- Markdown
- DOT Language / Mermaid Diagrams
- Python
- Infrastructure Diagraming / Flow Diagrams
- AWS Solution Architect Certification
