As the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Advocacy, you are the organizational engine that keeps our advocacy efforts moving forward. You’ll spend your time bringing order to the "digital noise"—sorting through emails, optimizing the director’s schedule, and ensuring that systems are in place so nothing falls through the cracks. We need a "process person" who can take a messy set of priorities and turn them into a clean, actionable plan with little oversight. Because the advocacy world moves quickly, you need to be a fast learner who can jump into our existing systems (like Basecamp and Google Workspace) and immediately start making them better. A great sense of humor is a must—we work on serious issues, but our team culture is positive and upbeat. You’ll also need high cultural intelligence, as your role involves managing communications with a wide variety of intercultural and interfaith partners. Learn more about this role HERE!
