About the Role:
This position focuses primarily on employment litigation, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff matters. Attorneys will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-impact cases while developing their own case management skills and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Litigating cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims
Representing employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL)
Managing day-to-day case responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience
Admission to the California Bar (required)
Experience in federal and state court practice and/or administrative proceedings
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively

Ability to take ownership of matters with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:
Experience handling single-plaintiff employment matters
