The GTM Enablement Program Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing enablement programs that drive seller performance and readiness across Sales, Renewals, and Channel teams. This role requires full ownership of program design and execution—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through delivery and impact measurement.
Operating as a key member of the Global GTM Enablement team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems, and GTM Leadership to ensure enablement is aligned to strategic GTM priorities and business outcomes. This is not a coordinator role—success in this position requires the ability to lead initiatives independently, communicate with confidence, and deliver programs that improve ramp, skill development, and revenue performance.
Success in this role requires strong program ownership, enablement experience across GTM roles, and a bias for action, structure, and measurable outcomes.
