We are seeking a dedicated attorney with a valid Law license and admission to Federal Court in either Florida, New York or California. While experience in ADA law is a plus, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in federal court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in compliance with federal court rules.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative approaches to ADA compliance and enforcement cases.
• Stay updated on legal developments in ADA and civil rights law.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Admission to federal court (required).
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in ADA law or civil rights litigation.
• Familiarity with Federal Court procedures and State Court procedures.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
