Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support company growth. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR policies, procedures, and programs. Manage employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. Monitor and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with leadership to assess and address the company's current and future talent needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
