Requirements
• NY or NJ bar admission (or eligibility)
• 1 – 3 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
Responsibilities
• Assist in defending negligence, tort, and liability claims from investigation through resolution
• Draft motions, discovery responses, and briefs for state and federal courts
• Participate in depositions and witness preparation in high-exposure cases
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations for optimal client outcomes
• Collaborate with experienced partners on trial strategy and client counseling
