Bakery Production Specialist – Full-Time Location: Lebanon, MO Pay: From $16.00 per hour We are seeking a Bakery Production Specialist to support daily production of baked inclusions used in premium ice cream products distributed nationwide. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in quality, consistency, and cleanliness. Schedule * Monday – Thursday * 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Two paid 10-minute breaks * 30-minute unpaid lunch Responsibilities * Prepare baked products and inclusions following approved recipes and batch records * Follow food safety standards (HACCP, SQF, GMP) * Operate bakery equipment and production tools safely * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Complete production logs, labeling, and inventory documentation * Perform quality checks during production * Work with the team to meet daily production goals * Report food safety, quality, or equipment concerns Physical Requirements * Lift up to 50 lbs * Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks * Bend, squat, and climb as needed * Work in both warm and cool production environments Qualifications * 1+ year of bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred * Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices * High School Diploma or GED required * Must be 18 years or older Job Type: Full-time Apply online:
