Brand Designer
The Brand Designer is responsible for working in concert with the Advertising Management Team and collaborating to ensure timely and efficient production of advertisements and campaigns. This individual will perform a variety of functions to create and produce advertisements, collateral pieces, and graphics to meet the specifications and advertising needs of our dealerships and company as a whole. The Brand Designer will also collaborate with the Creative Director, Brand Supervisor, and their peers to develop a variety of campaigns and brand messaging.
The Brand Designer reports to the Brand Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and create dynamic wholistic brand campaigns; online advertising, one to one communication, social media messaging, direct mail, print advertising and point of sale materials
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all advertising deliverables
- Collaborate with peers and vendors to modify/create efficient processes
- Create consistent advertisements utilizing the elements of design
- Create of monthly brand offer templates
- Collaborate with Brand team members to develop and launch campaigns/projects
- Meet and adhere to production deadlines/timeframes
- Comprehend and interpret layouts in a variety of mediums
- Improve and hone skills based on Director, Supervisor and Client feedback
- Perform other duties related to production or as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Experience in ad creation and production
- Working knowledge of computer ad systems and office equipment
- Working knowledge of printing processes and pre-press production
- 2 years of experience
