Responsibilities
- Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work and contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court
- Preferred candidates will have experience propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
- Experience defending class actions also a plus but not required
