Responsible for developing strategies and processes supporting Endeavor business.
Recommend and lead improvement of existing processes and provide leadership in delivery of priorities for team.
Support change management supporting new processes and strategies. Monitors the market to recognize market trends.
Develop strategies and recommended services consistent with business needs and requirements.
Work with key stakeholders to facilitate development and support for strategies.
Identifies, frames, and communicates critical success factors, alternative strategies, detailed choices, uncertainties, and anticipated outcomes associated with strategic recommendation.
Meets project commitments, including communication with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. Manages assigned projects including development and implementation of project, data gathering, analysis, documentation, leading project team, training and establishing process to monitor.
Applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. Leads, manages, and executes all individual and multiple project related tasks.
Directs activities of other staff members on their team on topics such as project management, direction, and analysis.
May provide guidance/leadership to staff. May assist department managers in day-to-day operations of department.
10 years of job related experience including project/program management, leading and developing cross-functional teams or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels to maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form; strong presentation, negotiation and organization skills.
Excellent analytical or critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to think strategically and lead operational improvements.
Ability to make sound decisions. Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion.
