Manage traffic flow in the self-checkout area, directing customers to available lanes and ensuring the lanes are in good working order.
Assist customers with system troubleshooting in the self-checkout area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Good communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
Basic math skills for processing payments.
