This role involves supporting the client insights team by providing actionable, data-driven insights through data analysis and visualization. Responsibilities • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with team members, including those working remotely, to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions • Document data sources, methodologies, and analysis results • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative, contributing data analysis expertise to support business objectives Qualification Required • 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and functions • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations • Demonstrated ability to create effective data visualizations using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline preferred. • Experience with any visualization tool is a plus Seniority level • Seniority level Entry level Employment type • Employment type Full-time Job function • Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Apply BELOW
