The APEX CRA program at Parexel is your entry point into clinical research, providing comprehensive training and practical experience while working closely with seasoned CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads. This is an incredible opportunity for growth and professional development!
As an APEX CRA, you will engage in project support, perform CRA initiation tasks, and interact with clinical sites, all aimed at laying the foundation for a successful career in clinical research. Your role will include gaining hands-on experience with crucial clinical systems, including CTMS, EDC, Safety Information Systems, and TMF platforms, all supported by ongoing mentorship from experienced colleagues.
The responsibilities of a CRA at Parexel go beyond traditional monitoring tasks. You will cultivate strong relationships with clinical sites, support their success, and ensure high-quality management from site identification through to study close-out. Be prepared to conduct at least five site visits per month, with travel requirements of up to 80%.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences, data sciences, pharmacy, or a related health discipline.
• 6-24 months of clinical research experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage urgent tasks with minimal oversight.
• A client-focused mindset and adaptability to learn new concepts.
• Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities and navigate unpredictable scenarios while adhering to project timelines and study protocols.
• Commitment to ethical practices in developing innovative treatments.
• Strong computer skills with the eagerness to learn new systems.
• Essential experience in Rare Diseases or Oncology studies.
