Collaborating Physician (Remote Oversight)
IV Hydration & Medical Weight-Loss Clinic – Pennsylvania

Position Overview
We are a Pennsylvania-based startup wellness clinic focused on IV hydration and medical weight-loss services, with plans to expand into hormone optimization and additional wellness therapies. We are seeking a licensed MD or DO in Pennsylvania to serve as a Collaborating Physician for regulatory compliance and clinical oversight under Pennsylvania Nurse Practice Act requirements. This is a 100% remote role with no in-person patient care required.
Responsibilities
• Enter into and maintain a Collaborative Agreement in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• Provide remote clinical oversight for IV hydration and medical weight-loss services
• Review and approve standing orders and clinical protocols
• Be available for consultation via phone or telecommunication
• Participate in chart review and quality assurance activities on an as-needed and mutually agreed-upon basis, in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• Assist with protocol development as services expand
Qualifications
• MD or DO with active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Comfortable collaborating with a Nurse Practitioner
• No prior IV hydration, wellness, or weight-loss experience required
Professional Liability Insurance
Each party will maintain their own professional liability insurance, with roles and responsibilities defined in the collaborative agreement.
