## What you'll do
Lead compliance oversight for critical Employee Conduct programs, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Code of Ethics, and Personal Trading Compliance.
Manage the Whistleblower and Conflicts of Interest Programs, ensuring effective governance, reporting mechanisms, and follow-up processes.
Monitor Gifts and Entertainment Policy Compliance, enforcing controls to prevent conflicts of interest and regulatory breaches.
Oversee compliance training programs to ensure employees are informed of policies, regulations, and ethical obligations.
Prepare and deliver reports for leadership, providing insights into compliance activities, risks, and policy effectiveness.
Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and risk teams to enhance regulatory alignment and drive compliance best practices.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively adjust policies and training programs to maintain compliance readiness.
## About you
5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory risk, or governance oversight in financial services, fintech, or crypto industries.
Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), whistleblower governance, and consumer protection policies.
Strong experience in policy development, risk assessment, and enforcement of compliance controls.
Proven ability to design and execute compliance training and awareness programs.
Experience managing compliance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, risk, and business teams.
