As we expand our construction and development pipeline, we are seeking an experienced professional with deep industry knowledge and strong relationships in the construction space.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Construction Partnerships & Development Manager to help identify, source, and bring qualified construction and development opportunities to Valterra Capital Group.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience or strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project owners who understands how projects are structured, priced, and executed.
You will act as a bridge between construction opportunities and capital, helping Valterra evaluate, structure, and move forward with viable projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and introduce qualified construction or development projects
• Leverage existing relationships with contractors, developers, or property owners
• Evaluate project scope, budgets, and timelines at a high level
• Collaborate with leadership to assess deal feasibility and returns
• Assist in coordinating due diligence and project onboarding
• Serve as a key point of contact between construction partners and Valterra
• Support long-term strategic partnerships within the construction ecosystem
Qualifications
• Strong background in construction, development, or project management
• Established relationships within the construction or development industry
• Understanding of construction costs, timelines, and scopes of work
• Ability to identify viable, well-structured projects
• Professional communication and negotiation skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
