This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity that is fully remote (PST time zone). * CANDIDATES NEED TO BE LOCATED IN ANY STATE THAT IS IN PST TIMEZONE Copyeditor / Proofreader (Pharmaceutical / Medical)Responsibilities: Edit and proofread copy for assigned brands and other projects. Fact-check copy using reliable sources, ensuring accuracy and credibility. Collaborate effectively with the Editorial Director and team to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines. Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently to deliver high-quality work. Develop a deep understanding of assigned brands and product categories. Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and minimize errors. Mentor junior team members and freelancers to uphold editorial standards. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Create and maintain brand style guides and bibliographies. Adhere to AMA style and other editorial styles as required by brand needs.
