Job Description:
• Provide transactional, regulatory, and other legal support for the daily operations of Experian North America's Fraud, Innovation, and Commercialization business unit
• Advise in risk assessment and regulatory reviews for new products, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Provide advice on compliance with multiple laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws
• Support the Experian Software Solutions business unit, with the opportunity to support other businesses
Requirements:
• 7-11 years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm or in-house setting
• JD degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions required
• Experience handling matters for financial services, privacy, or other regulated industries (Knowledge of FCRA and GLBA regulations preferred)
• Experience disseminating legal information to non-legal professionals in a clear way
• History of taking complex business issues and developing practical strategies from a legal perspective
