**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Champion & Social Media Ambassador, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers trust from the first call to the final handshake. You will also bring our brand to life online through social media engagement, creating a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. Your main goals will be to make every customer feel heard, understood, and cared for, while supporting the sales team and building our online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and reschedule appointments with confidence and care, maximizing efficiency for the sales team's daily routes
* **Customer Support**: Answer customer inquiries quickly and professionally, keeping CRM notes detailed and up-to-date, and maintaining smooth handoffs between departments
* **Marketing & Social Media**: Help create simple marketing content (posts, videos, awards applications), manage our social media calendar, and respond to followers, tracking engagement and suggesting improvements
* **Internal Communications**: Update the team on customer feedback and marketing efforts
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Strong Communicator**: You can make customers feel valued and supported

* **Tech Comfortable**: CRM systems, social media management, and basic marketing tools don't intimidate you

**Preferred Qualifications**
* **1+ year customer service, social media management, or marketing experience**
* **Comfort using CRM systems, posting content, and responding online**
* **Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.**
* **Previous experience with short-form video creation (reels, shorts)**

* **Full-time**: Monday-Friday
* **On-site at our Goochland, VA office**
* **Occasional flexibility based on workload or special events**
