As a Customer Logistics Analyst – Walmart & Sam's, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of our customer logistics strategy. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Logistics Analyst to join our team, working closely with Walmart and Sam's to deliver target customer service levels, cost improvement, inventory, and cash collection targets. As a key member of our customer logistics team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, and developing reporting, root cause analysis, and action plans to drive business results. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Logistics Analyst – Walmart & Sam's, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing analysis within the arenaflex route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets * Conducting transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements * Performing analysis across order to cash value chain to determine impacts to cost, service, and waste * Managing GRS settings with co-managed approach with customer to ensure optimal orders to drive logistics efficiencies * Working collaboratively with Walmart and Sam's to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins * Creating and presenting relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment * Analyzing, validating, manipulating, and interpreting complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities * Leading cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines * Collaborating with customer and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with customer using our industry standards * Analyzing internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve * Addressing all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise * Developing strong relationships with sales to ensure all needs are met * Developing appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel to ensure strong performance management * Becoming Retail Link SME for organization **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 2-5 years of work experience, strong business and broad supply chain acumen to include the end-to-end order management process * Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets * Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI * Advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required) * Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus) * Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience * Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience a plus * Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate cross-functionally * Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making * Outcome-focused and a strong commitment to continuous improvement **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial: * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles * Familiarity with industry standards and best practices * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision plans * Employer match 401(k) * Profit sharing plan * Employee stock purchase plan **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced logistics professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
