**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and effective support
* Handling incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or social media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems
* Supporting customers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support
* Escalating complex issues to our client's brand units or contact persons, and de-escalating complaints by offering solutions within our client's procedures and policies
* Ensuring the correct presentation of our client's corporate image in all interactions, and generating a positive consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care
**Your Qualifications**
We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
* Proficiency in German and advanced English
* A self-motivated and team-oriented approach
* Excellent listening and comprehension skills
* Strong written communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Goal-oriented attitude and time management skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills
