Key Responsibilities

• Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicant queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with applicants and provide personalized support.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our application programs to deliver exceptional applicant support and stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates.
• Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and suggest solutions to enhance our customer service experience.
• Multitask with ease, handling a high volume of activity across phone, email, and chat channels.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
