About the Role: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and building rapport to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and utilizing decision-support tools to resolve non-standard customer issues that require conceptual thinking.
- Resolving overdue bills, collecting payments from responsible parties, and addressing client queries regarding delinquent accounts, as well as developing repayment plans.
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services to provide accurate and comprehensive support.
- Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and being tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in the call tracking database.
- Ensuring service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Being comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
Your Qualifications: Skills and Competencies
To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Residence within a 25 to 30-mile radius of the blithequark site located at 1900 Meyer Drury Drive, Arnold, MO.
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
- The ability to work rotational shifts as needed.
- Genuine compassion, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
