Trellint is seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage communications and address escalated issues within the organization. The role involves data entry, auditing functions, and collaboration with various stakeholders, including California state agencies and clients. Responsibilities - Communicating internally and externally to address escalated issues - Completing basic data entry and weekly auditing functions - Reviewing operations and financial records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information - Auditing subcontractor documents for compliance with service level agreements, performance standards, and contract requirements - Comparing multiple sets of data to resolve discrepancies, adjust entries, generate reports, or communicate with other departments or external parties to resolve discrepancies - Using various software tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, operations, and accounting systems to perform their duties Skills - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Ability to monitor and complete a high volume of incoming requests - Ability to communicate and coordinate work with team members - Basic computer skills (e.g., shared file management, troubleshooting, etc.) - Understanding of and the ability to use the Microsoft Office product suite - including basic Excel functions, use of Teams, and Outlook Benefits - Free metro pass Company Overview - Trellint develops software for parking and curbside management solutions.
