Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our company from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey with our company. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services. - Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, and work with the appropriate teams to find solutions. - Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients. - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the customer experience. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are being met. - Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. - Knowledge of the real estate market in Connecticut is a plus.
