Role Overview arenaflex is seeking a proactive, self‑directed Customer Support & Prompt Management Specialist to partner with new and existing B2B SaaS clients, guiding them through the successful adoption of AI sales‑development representatives (SDRs). You will build, train, and launch AI agents, serve as the first point of contact for technical and support queries, and create enthusiastic advocates who spread the arenaflex story.
