Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy
- Help customers with shipping, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, and Purchasing
- Keep customer information organized and up to date
- Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
Skills
- Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
