What youll do as the Data Entry Coordinator:
- Perform lead loading and data entry into financial/accounting systems
- Manage and follow up on collections activities with clients and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payment statuses
- Support the broader accounting team with ad hoc tasks
- Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
