What You’ll Do: The Network Differentiation Instructional Coach organizes, integrates, and serves as a key leader for LEARN Charter School Network programs of instruction for all special education students. The primary focus of this role will be to improve student outcomes of special education students across the Network. The Network Differentiation Instructional Coach reports to the Director of Teaching and Learning as a member of the Teaching and Learning Team. Your caseload will cover multiple campuses within the network. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to : • The Differentiation Instructional Coach will be responsible to support teachers on caseload to implement the general education curriculum (may include general education, special education, and/or ML teachers) • The Differentiation Instructional Coach will coach a caseload of special education, ML and general education teachers, while also supporting instructional coaches on how to best differentiate the curriculum (i.e pacing, strategies, deliverables) to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, while still ensuring all students master the grade level standards • Provide PD around differentiation of the curriculum; collaborate with the Student Services team and leaders as necessary • Provide job-embedded coaching to special education teachers through observation, feedback, modeling, co-planning, and co-teaching • Strengthen teachers’ use of evidence-based instructional strategies, accommodations, modifications, and progress monitoring practices • Support effective small-group and individualized instruction using student data • Design and facilitate professional development for special education and general education staff focused on inclusive practices, differentiation, co-teaching, and compliance. • Support school leaders in building staff capacity around special education best practices. • Contribute to network-wide initiatives related to MTSS, inclusion, and instructional improvement This offer from "LEARN Charter School Network" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
