Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, creative, and driven Part-Time Content Creator to support our marketing efforts through consistent, high-quality content production. This role will be responsible for generating ideas, capturing content on-site and in-office, and producing engaging videos and media for our social platforms, website, and YouTube channel.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of content production.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate fresh, relevant content ideas aligned with current trends and company initiatives
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, YouTube, and web use
• Write scripts and outlines for video content, campaigns, and recurring series
• Capture event footage, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional material
• Edit content into short-form and long-form formats optimized for each platform
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of usable, on-brand content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and business goals
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a content library of photos and videos
• Stay up to date on social media trends, video formats, and platform best practices
• Prepare optimized captions and titles for content uploaded to social media and Youtube
Qualifications
• Background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field preferred
• Experience with video shooting and editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability
• Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience capturing content at live events is a plus
