Job Description: • Conduct a full SEO audit using Ahrefs and implement on-page optimizations • Perform ongoing keyword research and monitor rankings • Identify content gaps and recommend topics based on search demand • Write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and newsletters in the voice of our leadership team • Turn client conversations and project outcomes into compelling case studies • Curate RSS feeds from EHS, manufacturing, and safety industry sources and develop timely, opinionated content based on those topics • Maintain a consistent editorial calendar across all channels • Manage our leadership team's LinkedIn presence — posting, commenting, and connecting on their behalf • Engage daily with content from existing clients and prospects in the EHS and manufacturing space • Grow our LinkedIn network through targeted, strategic outreach • Apply our existing brand guidelines to materials provided by our technical team','country': Requirements: • Strong B2B copywriting skills — you write clearly, professionally, and without fluff • Hands-on SEO experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush (not just conceptual knowledge) • Proven experience managing Blog Posts and LinkedIn presence or ghostwriting for a B2B executive or company • Ability to learn a technical industry quickly and write about it credibly • Experience with content monitoring tools • Canva or basic design skills to apply brand templates to documents • Self-directed and organized — you manage your own priorities and deadlines • Proficient in WordPress or similar CMS • Excellent written English Benefits: • Professional development opportunities • Flexible work arrangements
