Job Description:
• Own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s suite of product experiences
• Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership capacity to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
• Manage the day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exhibiting data and market backed judgment from ideation through to launch
• Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
• At least 5 years experience working with SQL
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
