As an Enterprise Architect I, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of technology. **Responsibilities** As an Enterprise Architect I, your key responsibilities will include: * Analyzing change requirements and IT opportunities in enterprise business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation. * Providing resolutions for enterprise architecture improvements by utilizing new technological applications and leveraging best practices. * Designing enterprise architectural roadmaps and aligning them with enterprise strategies, business objectives, and EA standards to ensure that our technology infrastructure is aligned with our business goals. * Providing advice and explanations to customers regarding business process design and system development, including application architecture and integration architecture. * Working with other EA staff, experts, and decision-makers to accurately define client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. * Providing ongoing support for data, applications, and system client requests to ensure that all needs are met effectively. * Assisting developers with pre-production testing and critical production support issues to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently. * Creating and analyzing requirements to produce non-functional requirements and supporting documentation to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers. * Developing and deploying application proofs of concept and solution designs using database languages to test and validate our solutions. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience. * 5 years of experience with development and solution design/architecture for full stack application programming in JAVA in an agile environment. * Experience with Health Care Payer's Provider domain, applications, and SaaS products. * Possess SAFe for architect version 6 and AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certifications. * Ability to assist developers with pre-production testing and critical production support issues. * Ability to create and analyze requirements to produce non-functional requirements and supporting documentation. * Ability to develop and deploy application proofs of concept and solution designs using database languages. * Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. * Knowledge of reference SDLC, architectures, technology trends, and implementation. **Nice-to-haves** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. * Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. * Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. **Benefits** As an Enterprise Architect I at arenaflex, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive salary and bonus structure. * Comprehensive health insurance package. * Retirement savings plan with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about technology and healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
