**Responsibilities:**
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Processing customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Updating customer portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with arenaflex Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and schedules
* Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems
* Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
* Providing billing information and resolving customer inquiries
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
