**Job Summary**
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
* Follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to arenaflex specifications
* Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in additional team/organizational projects as required
* Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
* Provide support beyond standard hours as needed to support business needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
* Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
* Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
* At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
* Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
* Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary: $17.23 - $27.74 per hour, plus bonus eligible
