**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Benefits Representative to join our corporate Benefits Office. As a Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for processing benefits, including Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the Benefits Director. If you have a strong background in benefits administration and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits
* Process Change in Status and Exceptional Enlistment Occasions for benefits
* Help with Online Enlistment Framework plan and reviews
* Create and handle week by week Adaptable Spending Reports and Adaptable Spending Review
* Help and answer Extra security and LTD guarantee requests
* Interaction and pay Extra security and LTD bills
* Process and answer Qualified Clinical Kid Backing Requests
* Help with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Conceded Pay (NQDC) Plan enlistments
* Coordinate stores for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account
* Direct Month to month and Quarterly reviews for the Wellbeing Plan
* Critical thinking with workers and Outsider Directors
* Comprehend and Decipher Plan Records
* Circulate Fresh recruit Parcels
* Saturday work will be expected on occasion
**Expected Qualifications:**
* 2 - 3 years Benefits Organization experience with Wellbeing, Dental, Disaster protection, LTD, Flex, and COBRA
* Information on 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Medical services Change guidelines
* Capable in Microsoft Word, Succeed, and Standpoint
* Experience with HRIS benefits frameworks (SAP liked)
* Elevated degree of meticulousness
* Solid correspondence and authoritative abilities
