**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling both inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that subscribers receive timely and effective support.
* Assisting subscribers with potential cases of identity theft, providing guidance on products and technical support, and ensuring accurate case creation and notation for restoration cases.
* Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department and maintaining strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
* Identifying next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, effective communication, and teamwork, while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly
* Minimum one year of call center experience

* Passion for providing great customer experience
* Highly adaptable and focused on self-development
* Ability to navigate multiple software applications
* High proficiency in typing skills and computer comprehension
