About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and account executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. This is a full remote opportunity, available to candidates based in the United States. Key Responsibilities - Process transactions and various inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker - Receive distributor calls as well as some end-user calls, providing reliable information and support - Work collaboratively with functional groups or team members to proactively eliminate errors and inefficiencies in the order process - Communicate effectively with sales personnel and distributors in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a high level of service to both customers and account executives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues Who You Are To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A college or university diploma/degree - Fluent bilingual language skills (French/English) both written and spoken - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong keyboard and data entry skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-call/systems volume environment while maintaining composure and flexibility - Dependable, capable of making decisions, and following through on team tasks with minimal supervision - Ability to rapidly assimilate marketing programs, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications In addition to the above skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will: - Have a strong customer service background, with experience in a similar role - Be proficient in using Outlook, SAP, and Esker, or similar software applications - Have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box - Be a team player, with a positive and supportive attitude Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment - Knowledge of the manufacturing or tools industry - Certification in customer service or a related field - Experience with lean principles and process improvement methodologies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
