As a Centralized Biller at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. You'll be responsible for entering bills of lading into our internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy, while also communicating with our Service Centers to resolve any paperwork issues that may arise. **Responsibilities**
As a Centralized Biller, your key responsibilities will include:
* Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
* Communicating any paperwork issues to the Service Centers in a timely and effective manner
* Performing all necessary audits as assigned to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned, following all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing, providing clear and concise guidance and support
* Identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing, working collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies
* Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections, making recommendations for process improvements as needed

* Ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as required by the role
