As a leader in the veterinary technology space, we're committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and community engagement. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. You'll work collaboratively with our Support Team to provide an exceptional experience for every user, leveraging the Vetcove platform for their supply ordering needs. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos * Provide an exceptional experience for every user, leveraging the Vetcove platform for their supply ordering needs * Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and improve the overall user experience * Work cross-functionally with other teams to help evolve the Vetcove platform and improve customer satisfaction * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform, its features, and its applications * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support and experience * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience * 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required * Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations * Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities * Strong desire to learn and help customers succeed * Positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required * Knowledge of Intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred * Experience working with veterinary professionals or in the veterinary industry is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and prioritization skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
