**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Support Team to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs.

* Develop a deep understanding of our Vetcove platform and its features to provide expert support to our users.
* Utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment.
* 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed.
