Job Responsibilities
As a Chat/Text Crisis Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Providing follow-up calls for individuals assessed as moderate to high risk for suicide, ensuring they receive the necessary support and care

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred, although we welcome talented individuals from diverse backgrounds

- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette, with a strong focus on providing compassionate care
