We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Contract Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our customer service team, you will engage with blithequark members to help them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support via phone, chat, and email, acting as the voice of blithequark and providing education and guidance to our members.
